Available sessions

At Soccer Mates, each 1-hour session is thoughtfully designed to help children connect, learn, and grow in preparation for school. The session structure includes:

• Warm Welcome: A friendly discussion to check in on your child’s feelings about starting school, their friendships, and any concerns they may have.
   
• Warm-Up: Energizing activities to get everyone moving and excited for the session ahead.
   
• Skill Development: Rotating activities every fortnight, focusing on essential school readiness skills like teamwork, motor coordination, and emotional regulation.
   
• Cool-Down: A relaxing end to each session where we reflect on achievements and share a developmental story time.
   

After every session, you’ll receive a summary of your child’s progress, including helpful tips for supporting their transition to school.
