As our Coordinator and Head Coach, Claire leads with energy, care, and a passion for helping kids thrive. Whether on the field or behind the scenes, she plays a vital role in shaping our programs, mentoring coaches, and making sure every child feels seen, supported, and excited to join in the fun.

She is the owner and operator of three thriving early learning centres—Indigo ELC Forresters Beach, Green Point, and Woombye—where over 180 children are nurtured each day. Her centres are known for their commitment to nature play, creativity, and whole-child development—values that now energise every aspect of the Soccer Mates program.

Her dedication has led her to participate in numerous transition-to-school and community projects, yielding impressive outcomes that enhance the lives of young children and their families.
Renowned for her innovative approach to behaviour guidance, Rebecca excels at creating engaging, high-quality educational programs that incorporate play-based and nature-driven curricula. Additionally, she volunteers with local Early Childhood Community groups and has resided on the Central Coast for 11 years, having grown up in Bathurst, NSW.

⚽ Positive & Energetic – You’ll motivate, encourage, and spread good energy as you help kids develop essential skills in a fun, active setting.
⚽ Reliable & Responsible – You’ll be the coach children look up to—organised, trustworthy, and able to create a safe, positive environment. A WWC (Working with Children) check is required.
⚽ Excellent Communicator – You have the ability to explain instructions clearly, keep kids engaged, and foster positive interactions.
