Youth Mentorship Program

 Our mentorship program is designed to support individuals at all stages of their coaching journey. Whether you are just starting or looking to build on your existing experience, this program offers opportunities for growth, skill development, and leadership enhancement. Coaches will receive guidance, feedback, and support tailored to their individual needs, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where all coaches can thrive. 

As part of the program, our youth mentors will work towards certifications that focus on essential life skills. These certifications, such as Time Management, Leadership, Teamwork & Collaboration, Positive Coaching & Motivation, and Conflict Resolution, are designed to help them develop into well-rounded leaders both on and off the field. Mentors will also have the opportunity to gain skills in areas like Emotional Intelligence, Child Development & Behavior Management, and Inclusive Coaching, empowering them to create a supportive, positive environment for all participants. 

Our youth mentors will be paid for their time coaching and mentoring, giving them real-world work experience that they can use on their resumes and in future endeavors.
